Step 2: Pick One Insight and Ask “So What?”

Step 3: Draft Your 30-Second Script

Hook (0-5 s) – “Rents just jumped in our suburb—here’s why.”

Stat + Meaning (5-20 s) – “CoreLogic shows a 7 % climb in unit rents since April. That boost lifts investor returns and may push prices up.”

CTA (20-30 s) – “Thinking of investing? Send me ‘RENT’ and I’ll text you the full report.”

Tip: Read it aloud. If it flows under 30 seconds, you’re ready to film.

• Overlay the exact figure in bold text.

• Use quick cuts: selfie clip, then chart screenshot, then street footage.
